A large insurance company had accumulated 7 policy administration systems by virtue of takeovers and mergers. They needed to merge these into a single system but the data sets were different. Using our proprietary software we were able merge theses datasets and identify the meaning and usage of the data items. In addition an incomplete records methodology allowed the identification of of source documents that had lost connection with the data sets. Without these processes the project could not have proceeded.
A Bank was selling off part of its business and needed to de-merge data for thier customers only some products involved in the sale. For each customer the products needed to be identified in multiple systems and demerged into new datasets that could incoprated in a new seperate system.
