Case 1

A large insurance company had accumulated 7 policy administration systems by virtue of takeovers and mergers. They needed to merge these into a single system but the data sets were different. Using our proprietary software we were able merge theses datasets and identify the meaning and usage of the data items. In addition an incomplete records methodology allowed the identification of of source documents that had lost connection with the data sets. Without these processes the project could not have proceeded.

Case 2

A Bank was selling off part of its business and needed to de-merge data for thier customers only some products involved in the sale. For each customer the products needed to be identified in multiple systems and demerged into new datasets that could incoprated in a new seperate system. Using Data Transformation assisted the identification of the data and its extraction into the new datasets.

Case 3

Well known manufacturing organisation need to move data from legacy mainframe system to modern windows environment. File based data needed to be transformed to SQL Database data and data segments made widely available throughout the organisation and on the web.  Data Transformations was able to accomplish this in minium time resulting in substantial cost and risk savings.

Case 4

A financial services company was migrating to a new core business application and and had over 60 complex products to migrate. Analysis of product information and data reduced and simplified product structure to 6 products . This resulted in substantial savings in moving data from the legacy to the new system together with a faster implementation.

Case 5

A worldwide medical research project needed design and capture of data to investigate the success of medical procedures and the complications that may result from these. Data collection was designed, software written and data collected from many hospital in many countries. Analysis of data resulted in many valuable insights and the awarding of PhD to the chief researcher. The project now in its 10th year and continuing to provide value insights.
